Established in 1997, the Art Harvest Studio Tour of Yamhill County is a presentation of the Arts Alliance of Yamhill County (AAYC), a nonprofit arts organization that strives to advocate, educate and promote all forms of the arts in Yamhill County. The AAYC sponsors a variety of arts activities that distinguish our part of Oregon in addition to providing scholarships, publishing a quarterly arts newsletter, and contributing financial support to other arts programs in the county. The AAYC's mission is to make Yamhill County a creative arts mecca.
An artist’s studio is a private and personal space. When visiting, please show the same courtesy and respect you would when visiting a friend’s home. Please wear your Tour button so it is easily seen upon entering each studio.

ART HARVEST EDUCATIONAL STUDIO TOURMany of the Tour's artists open their studios mid-weekthis year October 7th, 8th and 9thfor a very special event for local Yamhill County students. This event, the Art Harvest Educational Studio Tour, is for school-aged students and provides them with a wonderful opportunity to experience art, see how and where it is made, and meet the artists who create it. Some studios also offer hands-on art making experiences and demonstrations.
The Art Harvest Student Studio Tour is offered free to participating students and their teachers. We assist schools with reimbursements for buses, mileage used to take the students on the scheduled tours and substitute teachers to allow regular teachers or school staff to accompany students on the tour. This is possible thanks to our many generous supporters. We hope this experience will be the catalyst that helps to spark students’ talents, interest and endeavors in the arts
